Order conditions

When placing an order with Allwhip  via the website, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the products are true and correct.

Address for delivery

You agree that the address to which we may deliver is the address you gave for delivery as part of your order or any other address we may subsequently agree to accept as the delivery address. We will not deliver unless all requested delivery details are given when you place your order.

Delivery Conditions

Please note: we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes

Please note: we ship all orders via Australia Post normal postal service or Uber Service. Please note that orders are not available for delivery outside of Australia. For domestic order, please kindly contact our customer team via email for further information: sales@allwhip.com.au

Returns & Replacements

Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item should you wish to return any product(s) to us then please, in the first instance, contact our Customer Service Team via email to: sales@allwhip.com.au who will advise you accordingly. This will help speed up the returns process and ensure appropriate records are maintained.
